Dubai's Public Prosecution Office is able to deliver an outstanding level of customer service through certifying to TISSE
Dubai’s Public Prosecution Office has recently achieved certification to TISSE 2012, the International Standard for Service Excellence. In recognition of this achievement the certificate was handed over to the Public Prosecution office by Ahmad Al Khatib, the General Manager for Assurance, BSI Middle East and Africa. The International Standard for Service Excellence (TISSE 2012) has been developed by The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI) to help organizations deliver outstanding customer service.
Dubai Public Prosecution strives to create a more secure community by protecting the legal rights and freedom of the community, using justice, independence, and cooperation with its partners to ensure a fair and secure society. It believes in transparency and accuracy of investigations and uses modern techniques to create an efficient public prosecution for Dubai. Justice is achieved by protecting the rights of all parties involved in court cases, irrespective of gender, origin, religion or social status, on the principle that the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty. It conducts all investigations independently and imposes charges based on clear and precise evidence.
This is a fantastic and important achievement for the Public Prosecutors Office; their pursuit to adopt global best practices and achieve organizational excellence has been driven in their desire to reach new levels of customer service and public satisfaction.
